Main uses
High-strength fixed steel rails
Firmly clamp the rails onto the ballastless track slabs to prevent longitudinal crawling or lateral displacement of the rails under the load of high-speed trains, ensuring the long-term stability of the track geometry.
2. Provide elastic buffering
Through the combined design of elastic pads and clamping parts, the impact and vibration of the train are absorbed, the noise of the wheel-rail is reduced, and the track structure and vehicle components are protected.
3. Insulation protection
Insulating components (such as insulating gaskets and underrail pads) are adopted to meet the insulation requirements of the track circuits in electrified railways and prevent signal interference.
4. Adjust the gauge and rail height
The gauge (±10mm) and track surface height can be fine-tuned by adjusting the gasket to meet the construction and later maintenance requirements of ballastless track.

 

Usage scenarios
High-speed railway ballastless track
It is applicable to high-speed railways with a designed speed of 250km/h and above, such as CRTS type I and CRTS type II slab ballastless track (such as Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway, Beijing-Guangzhou High-Speed Railway, etc.).
2. Passenger dedicated lines and intercity railways
It is used for the ballastless track sections of passenger dedicated lines or intercity railways with high requirements for smoothness.
3. Tunnels and elevated Bridges
In the ballastless track laying sections such as tunnels and elevated Bridges, the DTIII type fasteners can effectively cope with foundation deformation and temperature stress.
4. Harsh environment
It is suitable for environments with large temperature differences, high humidity or strong corrosiveness (such as coastal areas), and its anti-corrosion design (such as galvanized bolts) can extend the service life.

 

Structural characteristics
Composition: It includes spring bars (usually W2 type), insulated gauge blocks, underrail pads, anchor bolts, embedded sleeves, etc.
Spring bar type: SKL15 or similar spring bars are adopted to provide high clamping force (≥12kN).
Insulation design: The gauge blocks and spacers are made of materials such as glass fiber reinforced nylon, with an insulation resistance of ≥10Ω.
