Main uses
1. Fix the steel rails
Firmly lock the rails onto the sleepers or track plates to prevent longitudinal crawling or lateral displacement of the rails.
2. Provide elastic buffering
The vibration and shock generated by train operation are absorbed through rubber pads and elastic fasteners, reducing noise and enhancing ride comfort.
3. Adjust the gauge and the bottom slope of the rail
The height of the rail and the slope at the bottom of the rail can be fine-tuned by adjusting the height-increasing gasket under the iron pad to ensure the accuracy of the rail geometry.
4. Electrical insulation
Insulating components (such as nylon sleeves and insulating gaskets) are adopted to prevent short circuits in the track circuit and ensure the normal operation of the signal system.
