1. Differentiated line adaptation
Heavy-duty freight dedicated line: Reinforced road studs made of alloy steel (such as 35CrMo) with a thread depth of ≥1.5mm should be adopted to ensure that the initial preload force remains above 80% after 300,000 shaft load cycles.
High-speed passenger dedicated lines: It is recommended to use low-stiffness stainless steel track studs (such as 06Cr19Ni10), in combination with torque-controlled installation techniques, to keep the axial preload force deviation within ±5kN.

1. Installation stage
Concrete sleepers need to use special taps for prefabricated threads (with a precision of 6H grade).
